you know, having travelled up hill, and down, "Dale", i came to realise, if you are faced with evidence contrary to what you believe, as fact, then you must take on said new idea or evidence even if it dispel any preconceived notions once held by the observer, and me being able to take in new information has led me to think , Hmm maybe i should give the old, green tea a whack, but you have to be drinking it for about a week, to see any effects, as they are mostly long term in nature, and even though i don't really need to drink it, i may as well, take all the preventative measure's, that i can, i let you know, how i feel in a week before i recommend it lol as, standardz, hahahahahahaha, ;) #edio
