when you see a property, itlooks decent and, "bonuita", (pretty), much in the right price range, and local, and with wi-fi, and you go through all the forms, only to get to the very last click, and it say no children, animals, or dss, like were scum, why advertise it on a site, specifically for dss, thats just stupid, no wonder they can't rent out, their property when they are asking, for stupid fees and credit checks, and all sorts of crap on top, of the other rent and bond, your target market is primarily people on benefit's, so what people on benefit do you know, that can afford to chuck £2000 quid in, to move in a place, your having a laugh, i aught to book an appointment to view and the lot, just to laugh at them, people like that, really get on my nerves, because they watched tenants from hell, or some other derogatory natured program, to effect weak minded fools, into thinking they, are better than others, they look down on people, i wouldn't mind but they have no real idea, what wealth or property is, it's not some scummy little basement flat, that from the pictures, looks like a crime scene, not every person on benefits, doesnt get up till 3 pm, and drinks heavily and does drugs, while rolling around in Burberry, and neutrally decorated, it just means there nothing in it, so stop trying to make out it's a u.s.p unique selling point, and i know not all letting agents are greedy bastardz, i just have to find, a decent one as, standardz, hahahahaha, :) #edio
