the thing about, "fluid", it doesnt care, about your fancy new flood barriers, especially when two minutes, up the road there are little to none, flood defences are only as strong, as the weakest link in the chain, and lets face it, some of them, they are pretty weak, and water can come, crashing down on you, when you least expect it as, standardz, hahahahaha, :) #edio
