when it say's, one stunning and emasculate property, light and airy throughout, all new kitchen and bathroom, with cleaner once, a week and friendly tenants, "translation one", a dark dank dingy hole, that stinks due to the previous, downstairs tenant pissing himself, every night of the week, and not cleaning it up, making the whole place smell, like he was Heisenberg in it up, but nope he was just a dirty get, kitchen destroyed, bathroom destroyed, walls marked, and heavily stained and disgusting, fridge full of dead flies, because the other tenant, decides he want to make casters for fishing, then leave them to explode, out of the container, and do nothing about it, central heating and water zero, as other tenant broke them, on purpose because and i quote, the noise does my head in, pathetic and childish, internet broken due to other tenant being pathetic, knowing i need it, bath room overall disgusting, bath blocked due to other tenant, putting all his hair clipping directly into the bath and trying to flush them, down the drain repeatedly, to the point they burst and pissy water was flooding down the kitchen, and did he clean it up, or the letting agent?, did they fooook, when informed that the letting agent, was in fact committing fraud, after the first 6 months, of no cleaner or any type of property management, the response was, oh i'll get it sorted, and nothing, rooms 2 live you are a disgrace, and i pity anyone who you try to off load, living in that hole, with that psycho as, standardz, hahahahaha :) #edio

you know, letting agents they talk that much crap, you practically need a, "decoder", it's unreal, just found my current place, there advertising the spare rooms, from downstairs, while showing pictures from years ago, and since then, the other house mate, has destroyed the place, hence the reason why i, have had enough, and moving out, the letting agent is that shady, they have been committing fraud, for 3 years, by charging for cleaners,  that don't exist room 2 live. com are cowboys and shady as fuck, and this is the company that was on channel 4's better property (what a joke), there was a tenant down stair subletting it, to a whole bunch of guys, and they did nothing, the boiler doesnt work, no heating or water, as the other tenant, has mental health issues, and has destroyed them and pretty much everything else, i was giving them notice of things, that needed doing and fixing, but after the first year of nothing being fixed, why should i?, it's not my job to chase them up, so if you were thinking of renting from them, i suggest not to, i would put the address  up but i won't bother giving, it any further publicity as, standardz, hahahahaha, :) #edio

when you see a property, itlooks decent and, "bonuita", (pretty), much in the right price range, and local, and with wi-fi, and you go through all the forms, only to get to the very last click, and it say no children, animals, or dss, like were scum, why advertise it on a site, specifically for dss, thats just stupid, no wonder they can't rent out, their property when they are asking, for stupid fees and credit checks, and all sorts of crap on top, of the other rent and bond, your target market is primarily people on benefit's, so what people on benefit do you know, that can afford to chuck £2000 quid in, to move in a place, your having a laugh, i aught to book an appointment to view and the lot, just to laugh at them, people like that, really get on my nerves, because they watched tenants from hell, or some other derogatory natured program, to effect weak minded fools, into thinking they, are better than others, they look down on people, i wouldn't mind but they have no real idea, what wealth or property is, it's not some scummy little basement flat, that from the pictures, looks like a crime scene, not every person on benefits, doesnt get up till 3 pm, and drinks heavily and does drugs, while rolling around in Burberry, and neutrally decorated, it just means there nothing in it, so stop trying to make out it's a u.s.p unique selling point, and i know not all letting agents are greedy bastardz, i just have to find, a decent one as, standardz, hahahahaha, :) #edio
